If you're having trouble paying with your credit card, you may want to consider trying to pay by selecting PayPal, and then on the next page at the bottom of the page, there is an option to pay via credit or debit card through PayPal.
This will work EVEN if you do not have a PayPal account, and you do not have to sign up for one in order to get this to work.
